Inviting interior and lovely service. The ladies behind the counter are upbeat and personable. The seats are very comfortable. The food is pretty great, always fresh. I'm kind of a coffee snob, but their coffee isn't bad either. For what you get, the price is fantastic.

The food is great and is what has kept me coming back for years.  Customer service is terrible.  The employees always make me feel unwelcome, like I'm bothering them with my order.  One woman up front will hardly communicate, gesturing when she has a question instead of just asking with words.  I don't expect full blown conversation, but a smile goes a long way.
