Came in to get a couple of vegan chocolate chip cookies. I was told by the person at the counter that it was a better deal to get 6, so I said ok and paid. Was then told that they didn’t have 6 and if I wanted to wait, it would be 15 minutes more. They asked if I still wanted them and I said yes, I already paid for them! I asked if they would throw in an extra cookie since I had to wait. The manager said “no, cause of inventory”! I think the customer should come first... priorities, priorities. It’s the principal. Now you lost a customer who comes in regularly

Last night, Insomnia Cookies had a system failure and were unable to receive orders. Before my knowledge of that, I had placed an order and waited two hours repeatedly calling them. It was 2am, I was tired, frustrated, and just wanted to go to bed. 

BUT I emailed a complain on their main page and was contacted within minutes!! Alex with Customer Service was extremely helpful and provided more than enough to make up for the inconvenience. 

Remember people: things happen. Things businesses cannot control. But, the way they deal with issues like these determines how good their company really is.

Cookies are great, that’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Unfortunately this time they never showed up, ordered at 1:00 AM... waited till 3 and still got nothing.

Rude staff, high prices, cant promise on delivery time. Cookies better than most but not worth the waiting on the line to cancel your order which is severely late already.
