The customer service is bad. I stood for several minutes, no one was being waited on and then finally someone looks up to ask for my order. I ordered a Turkey in the Slaw. Got home, they gave me a Tuna Melt. They clearly don't care about their customers and kept commenting how much longer they had to work. Won't go back.

In the last few months, the quality of the sandwiches had become increasingly poor. The sandwich I got today was a catastrophe. I was laughing while the employee was “making” It. Sloppy work station, bagel completely smashed, ingredients falling all over. I took a photo and will post it. It’s just bagels, but I won’t be back haha

My fiancé and I recently experienced poor customer service here. There is no major complaint about the food, or the cleanliness of the establishment. We requested to have our bagel toasted after we realize we were never presented the option. The assistant manager then proceeds to tell us that we would have to purchase a new one. After a series of back and fourth debate with a potential returning customer, she finally gave in.

I refuse to return to an establishment that will argue a point with a customer when there was clearly a mistake on their behalf; and leaving a customer unsatisfied with their purchase.

I have visited this Bruegger’s on multiple occasions: weekdays, weekends; morning, lunch time.. it hasn’t mattered which shift has been working, always OUTSTANDING customer service and good food. Also a good place to study or get work done.

Great service and fresh product every time. The line can be a little long, but they usually have a full staff going as fast as possible, so it is what it is. Try the plain bagel with plain cream cheese. I call it the “Romney.”
