Excellent service. Reservations recommended for dinner time. Manager took off a $16 meal because my friend didn't particularly like it, though she wasn't complaining. It was generous and made me want to go back - which I did the very next day! Food came out in record time despite a packed dining room!

The food was well prepared and served aesthetically pleasing. The server did very well balancing everyone's special diet requirements. But honestly it was on the pricey side. However everything was fresh and much made in house-which is rare.

The service was really slow over lunch. We had reserved a private booth and I felt like the server never checked on us. This was a formal business lunch and the server paid more attention to her two tops than to our group. I waited quite some time with an empty glass of iced tea. And when it was refilled they did not put more ice. I had to wait another 5-7 minutes before I could flag down a server and ask for him to mound the ice for me. For the price point, I do not think the service matches.

Crave is fine. The service is good, the food is relatively bland, and the pricing is crazily high. I will never understand the obsession over this place. But they've got half priced wine Mondays, so that's good.

I recently went to this Crave location yesterday for my birthday dinner. I decided to write a review because of the amazing service I received. First of all the place is exceptionally clean and had a nice modern atmosphere. Secondly, our waiter was very friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering some sushi with two different kinds. Both types were well prepared but I didn't end up liking one of the sushi sides and decided not to eat it. The waiter ended up getting a manager and the manager came to wish me a happy birthday. He also decided to cut the cost in half on the sushi and allowed me a free dessert. I tried to reaffirm that they had made no mistake and just preferred not to eat it. They gave us the deal anyway. I was very impressed and will be coming to this location from now one. Good work guys.
