Story

Bruno’s Pizza is a locally-owned and operated pizza joint in Bismarck. Since 2008, we’ve been slingin’ the freshest, made-to-order pizza. New ownership took over in 2014 with the goal to continue serving the same great food people have come to love and appreciate over the years. Our menu consists of pizza, pasta, appetizers, and desserts. We have 25 different kinds of specialty pizzas, with new ones added regularly, and 35 different beers to choose from!

Bring your friends and family in for our daily lunch and dinner specials. Or, if you’re busy, we can bring the pizza to you! We offer both delivery and catering for private events or parties. Try one of our 25 specialty pizzas and see why we’re the best pizza in town!

We had a 10% discount offer for Bruno's from the Larks baseball game. We had our meal and tried to use it to get our discount. They would not take it because our meal included a couple of those two for one beer specials. They said we cannot use more than one promotion at a time. My opinion is that they should have applied the discount to our full priced pizza but not to the beer but apparently that is not an option. We have eaten here several times and consider Bruno's has the best pizza in town. Three times this summer we ate in their outdoor seating area. The first two times the staff had forgotten we were there so we had to go inside every so often to request service. The first time they did give us a discount for the inconvenience.

Never have eaten here, we were excited to try a new place. We waited at the door to be seated: the hostess was staring at a seating chart, over come with confusion, as there were seven tables open. We were finally seated. Servers walked by- none of them took our drink orders or even acknowledged us. We waited for over ten minutes. We felt like we were invisible. We finally walked out. We had heard the pizza at Bruno's is good; sadly, we never found out. No one seemed to care that we had left. Even if the food is good, I would not recommend this place due to the incredibly unorganized and poorly staffed establishment.

The pizza is delicious. But seriously I have a one hour lunch break. When you get a slice of the day ... you know the special? ... I should not be sitting there for my entire lunch break just waiting to be late to go back to work. This has happened multiple times. Very poorly managed. Done.

Had an excellent lunch at Bruno's today!!! Did the slice of the day and it was delicious. Fresh! Our server Dylan (sp?) took care of us. Will return.

Consistently good pizza served here. Get the hand tossed pizza for a great real crust. Appetizers are half price in the later evening, a fine time to get some wings with a pizza.
