The staff is very efficient, friendly and professional. My title was transferred with no problem whatsoever.

This position at the title office is definitely a customer service job!!!! Yet these woman make you feel as you are a real bother when you walk in. One woman seemed to be really put out when I walked in. They need to be re-trained in customer service. I can imagine the problems they have with these titles, but that is their job. I am with guests 8 hours a day, and not once have I treated them with dis-respect or neglect. I will never go back to this location again. I will detour others from going as well.. Please feel free to contact me.

The employees there are extremely rude, intentionally make you waste time, and have little to no idea what they are doing besides sitting there telling you to go elsewhere. What happened to me personally: Went in with an out of state title, with out of state inspection form (car is a 1980's). -Was accused of using a "fake" title, then after verifying it was correct I was then accused of having a "fake" inspection sheet because when the gentlemen who did the inspection had accidentally wrote a 6 instead of an 8 (on this title it was very hard to see because of the size of print used by that state). I asked if there was any other things I need while I was gone and they said "no, other than that you're good." -After being told to go get a new one, I drove down the street and told them what happened, they immediately apologized and fixed the issue. -When I returned the women made me stand there for almost 10 minutes while they discussed why they "didn't want to be there" and "had better things to do than deal with people." -The person who then helped me (with a smirk and laugh) said the odometer wasn't written on the title (it is exempt from this, being a historical car), then proceeded to tell me that because I didn't have the mileage on the title it would be, and this is her actual words, "branded as a 'true miles unknown' vehicle" and the title would now be salvaged." -I immediately told her I could easily go and get the miles for her. Smugly again she said "good luck making it back in time before we close" (it was 4pm). (Now I was beginning to become irritated they wanted me to leave again.) -I then left again and got the miles from the car and again returned to them at 4:30pm to be greeted with them complaining about not just any customers, but me in specific, saying "we are gunna make him sign the 'True mileage' paperwork and the 'True title' paperwork. -After giving them all of the paper work needed, she agreed to print the title, and asked for my form of payment (~$50 taxes), when I replied credit card, I was then told by the staff I would be charged a $10 "convenience fee", I said okay and then noticed a sign on the wall, it read, "a $10 convenience fee will be applied to all title transfers with fees over $100". I brought that to their attention and they simply said "oh". -Before being handed my title I was told to sign 4 separate sheets of paper stating that the miles were true, the car wasn't stolen, the title was real, and that the inspection was real (none of which I have ever seen before, and I have titled multiple in state and out of state vehicles of all years before). -After receiving my title I promptly left, never to return again. This was by far the worst service I have ever received by any company, let alone a government ran establishment. It truly sickens me the level to which the employees went to avoid doing their job, and the joy they received from doing so. I am proud to say I will not be returning, and will be driving to another location for now on.
