Great customer service. We were a large group, we had a few issues with our computer, but the staff prompt solved it all. Even when we kept changing shoes, to get The best fit, they still nice. The waitress was fantastic. It is a clean place with good snacks and bar. We had a great time

When we got to our lanes, there looked to be feces smeared on the ground. We asked if they could clean it up. It took some time. When someone did come to clean it up, he didn't seem to believe that it was feces and put his foot in it... literally. He eventually cleaned it up. Not inviting at all to see from the beginning. It was still a fun experience due to the company.

Had a great time.. we got there at 1030.. on a Friday.. I had my son with me and he was able to get in with me.. and he is 6.. so great for the family.. and the drinks aren't bad either..

The people were super nice and everything was awesome. I went with some friends on a Tuesday night were it was super crowded, but we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for a lane. The games and shoes were 2.22 each (per game and per person), which is a special they have for Tuesday nights. There's also a mini arcade which is pretty fun too.

Decent music 🎶 and lanes. Fries and mozzarella sticks were good ... they bring the food to your lane. There is a small game room as well. Enjoyed the experience.
