The bowling facility itself is pretty solid in itself.  Lanes are pretty true, easy to use console for player info, and adequate quantity of bowling balls.  Food is pretty standard bar fare and the alcohol is reasonably priced.  

However, I have called this place twice about whether or not there were league games scheduled.  Two times I was told there were none....then both times upon arrival I was told we would have to be done in an hour before the league play began.   I get that leagues are their bread and butter, but please be honest on the phone!  Sure it's cheaper than Kings but at least there I can have a slow enjoyment to my sub par bowling skills.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here. Food and bowling were OK (if grading on a curve) but the video games had a SNAFU that kept the kids off the games for half an hour. 
My main complaint involves the institution of an "Event Charge" of 18 %. In the contract, they claim that this charge allows management to pay staff at a higher rate for working your party and they claim it alleviates the burden of leaving a tip. Unfortunately, anyone who has worked in the service industry knows that only a small percentage of that 18% will make it into the hands of the staff doing good work on the floor that day.I asked for a breakdown of how much additional money from the "Event Charge" would go to the staff and- when I was refused an answer- I asked to be present when the money was given to the staff. They also refused this request.

There is a phrase for this kind of treatment in the service industry - WAGE THEFT

The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Arraingments have 2 be made in advance if one is to have a party with catered food
