My family and I experienced Superbowl 2018 at Kings in Rosemont. We had the pleasure of working with Guest Service Specialist Tina Patel who was an amazing and witty host!  We purchased a Superbowl package, and she made sure that our food and drink orders were timely and accurate.  The group was fairly large, which probably added a bit of complexity to service delivery, but Tina executed flawlessly. Not once did she appear frustrated or uninvolved but was engaging with the group and delivered top-notch service with a smile.  I can say with complete confidence that the experience would not have been nearly as memorable had someone else assisted us.  Tina delivered. So a VERY BIG THANK YOU to Tina Patel from Team Campbell!

Came here on Sunday, late afternoon. Bowling is fine, atmosphere is cool. Food seemed like it was prepared this morning and left under a heat lamp all day. Came out mildly warm and was quickly cold. Cheese on the food coagulated into one piece. Waffle fries were mostly burnt as was the underside of the egg on top. Kids bites are literally a bite per piece even for a kid. Surprising because the food on the lanes around us looked decent.

Awesome place for a Friday night out. Bowling is a lot of fun, not to mention drinks and food that rock there. Did I mention milk shake? My favourite!  Awesome service, everyone is nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Ordered the nachos with chicken as the appetizer, didn't know paying $4 more bucks on top of the $13.99 was going to provide us with enough chicken that barely even covered one chip. Manager said they portion it out before hand when it seemed like they used whatever was at the bottom of a bag and said it was good enough. As far as the burgers, you should just go to Portillo's. Couple bucks less and they're bigger. Do not take a hungry man here and let him get either off these selections of the menu.
