How do I even start off with my review. I am terrified of the dentist and my experience was amazing! I had a front tooth that was decayed and I was scared that I would not be able to save it. I googled up my local dentist and found this office after reading everyone's reviews. When I called the lady on the phone was very sweet and I was even able to been seen the same day! When I arrived I was greeted with smiles by Michelle and Victoria. I was offered coffee and tea. I loved the comfy chairs. Now when I went back there tara and Miranda were the sweetest girls in explaining I would need a root canal and crown. Dr.Mateo made me feel so at ease and I had the best experience. I will continue to come here and so grateful for amazing staff!!!

I had a great experience at the Brush 32 office in Pflugerville. I went in for a cleaning and fillings, and each procedure was quick and painless. The staff are friendly and professional. They are upfront about costs. I would definitely recommend.

My dental phobia was put at ease with the staff at Brush 32 Dental. My fears are real and valid. After having a dentist pull out the wrong tooth at the age of 19, I feel my fears are valid!  So thank you staff for helping me maintain my anxiety.

I went in for a cleaning and 1 other procedure which required local anesthetic. The staff was nice and accommodating to get me in quickly. The dentist had shaky hands and did not listen when I said I could feel pain. Given I am hard to keep numb but it is unprofessional to continue when your patient is in pain. I have never cried before during dental work and I have had a lot. And I have to say it wasn't the best cleaning, though they were rushing to get to the other procedure. I couldn't make myself go back in when there were issues after the procedure. As someone who has worked in the dental field and knows what should be expected,  I will not be returning.

Completely unprofessional front desk. They cancel appointments with minimal notice, even though it took you a week notice too get time off at work. They call you hours before your appointment and ask you too come in early  for “ everyone’s  conveniece” sorry but it wasn’t for me. And then when I get there they found it important too make humor at my expense giggling like a couple of immature school girls. I walked out with no service. I recommend you chose somewhere else too go. This place is trash.
