Run, don't look back. Worst customer service. Received a call less than two hours before my appointment to cancel my emergency procedure. I've been on drugs for 12 days. The so called manager was absolutely clueless as to why I wasn't informed the day before so I wouldn't take an entire day off. I asked to speak to higher ups. No one has called back. They are now closed and have prompted this post.

I asked Aetna to open a fraudulent billing investigation for purported, non-covered "dental hygiene instruction" during a routine cleaning appointment. This practice has severely declined since my last visit. If you want me to buy an extra service, you better bloody well say so and ask me if I want the service, not just make stuff up. I smell a rat!

Modern Dentistry left me in tears and not the good ones. I scheduled an appointment to have five teeth pulled (all four wisdoms and one other). Prepaid $700 for the appointment and arrived early. When I got there they asked me if i had a designated driver. I was unaware this wpuld be necessary for the procedure but understood and started immediately calling people to come assist me. Two people responded and were in route however, they said they could not wait. Even though they originally said they had set aside 1-3 hours fpr my procedure. I then contacted my partner and begged her to leave work to get there sooner. I begged for 15 mins. Informing them i had left wprk for this procedure, put in vacation days and prepaid. Again they refused. I asked if they could start before the designated driver arrived and again was turned down. I asked why if they had set aside 3 hours for the procedure that they anticipated would only take an hour could they not wait 30 mins, to which no explanation was provided. I was simply told no. The two people i had in route had to turn around. I mossed work for nothing. Horrible experience

I was out of town and had a toothache and they were able to fit me in the same day. I really appreciated all of their help since I just walked in. Payment arrangement was easy and i got to enjoy the rest of my vacation. If I lived in Austin they would have def been my permanent dentist. Thank you Dr.Talebloo!

Used to like this place, but between lack of communication of what your insurance covers and what you'll have to pay before you get there plus the poorly ran office makes this place awful. I just left the office where I had my time and money wasted. Too many dentist offices out there too settle with this kind of service.
