Went to this location @7:00 pm today, the staff was playing around and talking/joking nonstop with each other and by the time they get to the window and hand you the ice cream, is totally melted. I had to make a review because this is not the first time it has happened.

I’ve had a great experience every time I come to this location. The staff have usually been very nice and don’t rush you to choose the ice cream. They are chill about letting you taste the ice cream as well. It may be a little bit pricey but it’s not terrible. It’s 2022! What can I say? I definitely recommend coming here for delicious ice cream!

I love bruster's ice cream. I try to find one close to wherever I frequent. I typically have decent service Until yesterday. That kid obviously was not trained on how to make the items there. It was a mess. I won't stop going there because I love the ice-cream but I can promise you if that same kid is there, I won't let him serve me until I see him making someone else's order!!!

I have been to every Brusters in the area, and this one is by far the worst. A few of the ladies that work there in the evenings always have bad attitudes and make it painfully obvious that they don't want to be there. The scoops are consistently much smaller and feel more runny than other locations. I've been here three times in the past month and every time the waffle cone has been stale. If you are in the mood for ice cream, either go to the Andy's a mile down the road or go to the Brusters in Indian Trail. You'll find much better food quality and service there.

Such a nice little family spot. We love coming here. The mint chocolate chip is a go-to favorite but the key lime pie is a recent find! It has big chunks of sweet crumbly graham “crust” throughout. So yummy!  Also the kids working are always pleasant.

I got a banana split today and they didn’t add bananas or ice cream just the whip cream  very disappointed!

Love their waffle bowls and the cotton candy ice cream is so amazing. They have a new reward program that you can get 3 dollars off just for joining. I love their ice cream!!

The owners are the nicest people ever. The boss let me borrow his car a few times during tough weeks financially. The lady gave my daughter free ice cream when she had her belly button replaced.

I understand that that teenagers are not seasoned professionals, but the sheer slack and lack of customer service at this location is ridiculous. We walked up at 9:00 and the team of FIVE teenagers working went straight to the second window because they were serving a group of 4 to tell us they could not serve us. I asked why they were not open until 10 as stated online in multiple places, and the answer was, “starting tonight we’re closing at 9.” I asked if they could spare 5 more minutes and they said no. Definitely scratching Bruester’s off of our family’s list of stops from here on out.

If you like soft ice cream, this is a great place. Outdoor-only seating, but some roo. For kids to run around.
