Recently, at the first of the checkout process, the card reader requires a response to "how much tip would you like to leave?. This is a self-serve yogurt shop. Our business will be cut here dramatically and we will not leave a tip except to ourselves. TCBY has shown poor judgement in this.
Daysha and Ashley were so attentive, explained the process and flavors I'm a new customer and I loved the yogurt!!! I will be back!
Lots of flavors have run out. Smells in there. Server was nice though!

The price for two cups was entirely too much my husband and I will stick to Brewsters! The pumpkin and peanut butter flavor yogurt was delicious .
First, let me start by saying I love FROYO/ice cream. Upon walking into this store, it smelled unpleasant, i don't know what it was but it was kind of gross. I brought 2 kids with me to treat so I shrugged my shoulders. The dessert was good, a few toppings were a little stale and a bit pricey in my book but overall tasty. My issue was the lady working. I am all for customer service because I have worked in this industry many a years so maybe my expectations are too high.... The lady was not very friendly. She did her job, yes but minimal. we were the only ones in the store at the time. First, no greet - fine whatever, you're restocking or busy, I get it. Second, we wanted to wash our hands at the sanitize station. It was empty so we went to the bathroom - no biggie. But after we got back there was a bottle on the opposite side of table that we didn't see. mind you, I had a 2 year old with me in my arms to prevent from running around. This is where maybe I expect too much but she could have informed us the bottle was there. Third: The 11 year old and 2 year old both said "Bye" on our way. Endearing to me, I smiled and looked back to say bye with them. This lady looked back at the children and didn't say anything, not a smile cracked at all the entire time we were there. Yes, this was rude to me. I will think twice before coming back to this location. :
Horrible service, immature management. I will never come to this TCBY again - miserable experience. Manager with short red hair was extremely rude to me.
This store is outstanding with service and fresh yogart. The toppings selection is great at least fifty toppings available. We have TCBY night with the grandkids who simply love this fresh dessert. I highly recommend you try it if you have not. Go for it!
Out of control prices the last few years
Riley was very professional and friendly. I was impressed how she made sure everything was neat and clean. You could tell she really cared. She deserves a raise or bonus.
