I'm out of town and called for an arrangement for a good friend and a great person that is very sick. The arrangement is amazing! Thank you so much for helping me put some brightness into her life!

Due to a medical condition I was unable to make it from Louisville to Fairfield for Valentines so I called Bryans Flowers for a delivery. I ordered 18 roses arranged along with 6 roses in a separate arrangement, They only sent 12 and 6. They contend that they sent the correct amount and someone took them out. I have a pic of the arrangement and it's clear there were none taken out. They made a mistake. They offered to take 6 more roses out, but, the surprise was gone. I paid $150 for this and felt I should have been refunded some money because I didn't get what I ordered. That wasn't an option. Order with caution and verify that your recipient actually receives what you ordered and paid for. Wanted to update that this establishment went out of their way to make the situation correct and am thankful for that.

Ordered flowers online for a special birthday and they were exactly as pictured and described. Extremely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for the honest presentation and courteous delivery!

Terrible customer service and flowers!!! I called to tell the business that we were not happy with the flowers delivered because they died a day later and they said there was nothing they could do. I buy flowers several times a year and was really excited to find a local shop to do business with. Very disappointing!
