Ok, today is Valentine's Day.  My kids ordered a flower arrangement and had it delivered to me.  At a distance, it's very pretty - purple daisys, pink lilies and a few roses, only one of which is opened right now.  The flowers are curled and browning at the edges and the leaves of the greenery are curled under as well.  I left a voicemail with my complaint.  A few hours later I had a delivery with flowers in excellent condition and a note stating they were sorry that I was unhappy with the original arrangement.  Because they stepped up, acknowledged my complaint and made amends, I'm changing my review from "poor-fair" to "good" for quality & appeal and "excellent" for service.

I called this place from out of town and requested  a flower arrangement as well as a "Happy Graduation" balloon to be delievered to my niece. I told her I wanted to spend about $60 total. What my niece received was a small bouquet with a "Thinking of You" balloon. When I called the flower shop, I was told that she thought she had grad balloons but didn't so she made the decision to send the other one instead. I told her she should've called me before making that decision. Anyway, she gave me a credit for the $4.00 baloon.
