Discovered furnace not working late in the afternoon when we got home on one of the very cold days experienced first week of January 2018.  They had a service man out to our house within a couple of hours.  He found the problem - bad igniter - and had furnace up and running within an hour or so.  Very friendly and competent technician.  Really thankful as our house would have been extremely cold by the next morning.  Have been using Bryant for the 17 years we have been in Lincoln and always happy with their work.

My experience was A". They fulfilled their bid to the letter. Not one line item omitted. Once all of the items to be installed had arrived they scheduled a date for intallation that was at my convenience. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. The work they did was flawless. I recommend Bryant of Lincoln with absolutely no reservations. I could not be more happy with my experience and I give them my highest recommendation.

My furnace issues were resolved by friendly technicians. (Eric)mainly. The other tech that installed the new part went out of his way to bring the defective part to me to see. Had the A/C unit replaced by them summer 2017. They all wore booties in the house.
