With two boys under 4, we have a LOT of laundry, and we discovered our basement drain was backing up each time we did a load. And the backup was...stinky. *Not good.* Called the experts, and Jason was out the same day to fix us up. He was super duper friendly, explained everything to me and my husband, and even joked around with the kids a little! So grateful that our house is back to normal. The cost was reasonable, and we are totally team Roto-Rooter at our place now!

We had a clogged clothes washer drain that was snaked unsuccessfully by another plumber who said the concrete must be broken up and the drain pipe replaced which would have cost a lot of money.  So we called Roto-Rooter after looking at all the successful reviews on here.  Jason came out and was super friendly while laying out his plan and the costs.  After about an hour he snaked the drain clear.  So far we've been using the drain for weeks with no issues whatsoever.  Would highly recommend!

Thank you from Janelle and John Neal for coming out to our house the same day we called to help us. Jason fixed our problem while he was here and explained everything to us from upfront costs, what he had to do, and what to expect from his work.  We appreciate great customer service!!!

I had called another company that handles plumbing issues around 7:00 AM on 3/17 and was told the soonest they could send someone out to unclog a toilet was Monday around mid day. I called Roto-Rooter and heard back from someone within half an hour. They let me know they had someone near by and could send them out as soon as they were ready. Someone got out to my home and fixed the problem before 9 AM the same day. He was polite, quick and made sure after removing the blockage our toilet would flush again. I was very satisfied with the results.

Jason was informative helpful and considerate. He had a great attitude even on Saturday. He had to run through 3 options on my tough clog and he still remained upbeat and positive.
