BT Furnishings first opened in Dallas, Texas in 1990. Today, we have four showrooms in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, each with 100,000 square feet of furniture and home decor in a wide range of styles and prices. Because we buy directly from manufacturers, we save money and pass those savings on to you.

Me and my husband bought this sectional from BT furnishings and were very exciting that we found the perfect sectional for our home; for the price that we could manage as well !! BUT you get what you pay for less than 6 months later the back of the couch began UNSTAPLING, I assume the plywood in the center of the couch has cracked and caused couch to sink, the springs did not hold up causing our guest and our selves to be sunk into the cushions, we had to place reinforcement cushions under the pillows just not to fall In the couch! When buying the couch my husband asked do they offer a warranty or protection plan the young lady stated that it covers stains and such but the furniture is pretty durable and most of the time isn't needed for our type of material so we declined. The same with a box spring that we bought for my daughter's twin bed; plywood as well I guess it cracked and caved in ... we got wiser and bought better quality box springs and got rid of the couch until we find a suitable replacement. We do not have little children, so nothing has been done to cause this type of damage to furniture in such a short length of time. Needless to say we learned our lesson

Awesome customer Service quality furniture and you can take it home the same day. I recommend you check out there huge selection.

Furniture is lower quality at reasonable prices. Most of the furniture is plywood and just has veneer covering it. Customer service is okay, location is good.

Great selection of furniture. Affordable pricing. I purchased a new dresser/mirror with nightstands. Going back to purchase new living room furniture soon. Update 11/26 Went back to purchase living room furniture. I waited at least 20 minutes before either rep was able to acknowledge my presence. The young guy Clifton was clearly overwhelmed. They were understaffed. He took a phone call with an irate customer, he lacked customer service skills in the entire call. Which, he felt was appropriate to walk around the Showroom during the duration of it. He yelled at the customer on the phone, and was overall disrespectful. Finally, he was able to direct his focus to me. I had a question in particular about two sofas dimensions. Rather than assist me, he walked away to go pull up merchandise info on the computers. Left me standing in the middle of the Showroom floor with my two children. As a shopper, this experience was RUINED by his lack of professionalism and customer service. I was a prepared shopper with merchandise selected and ready to purchase. I will return when the customer service gets better.

VERY RUDE!!! On 03/11/2017 Me and my mother were shopping for a dining room set, once we decided on a purchase, we went to the Customer Service and stood there for 4-5 minutes 2 employees were working on a chair, 1 was at the registart the other employee was doing something with a walkie talkie, then my mother said excuse me I would like to make a purchase. The young lady said we will be there in a moment, as the 2 employees continued to work on the chair, 4 minutes later I asked to speak with a manager they lady while standing on a table said there is no manager here and were working on this chair for a customer that's been waiting a long time, I asked why does the chair need 2 employees one of you can help me, I told her I'm calling your manager she then raised her voice saying here name and telling me how she is not being rude to me, I told her you should not be arguing with a customer as I was walking out of the door she was still arguing with me. I am going to contact BT's management and cooperate office! I came in to purchase a dinette set not be ignored and then argued with over not being helped when I'm looking at 4 employees right in front of me. That's Ridiculous!!!
