Went in there today to look at upright freezers.... found one..... had to go find help. Then he told me he couldn't sell it to me for that price. It was priced wrong. It was dented and scratched up. (which I didn't mind for the price) I did take a picture of it. He then proceeded to tell me a lot of things in the store were priced wrong. Didn't offer to show me anything else.... How does a place run like this?

The best sears store I've been to yet. Best customer service and can't beat the prices compared to all... Thank you Mrs. Debbie and staff for everything...:)

Staff is lazy and has no clue of what customer service is about. Not once did any staff ask if i needed assistance; even though theu were not busy. Damaged appliances and others are really not a bargain. I would strongly suggest you not waste your time at this location.

The people that works there is really nice and helpful. My father needed a wheelchair but the didn't have one so the associate brung over a office chair. With that I was able to wheel him to the washers.

I visited sears outlet on the 14th of June, i bought a refrigerator and a dryer, people there were very helpful, the sales associate she was the best, she explained every thing about the refrigerator, and why was it there, and she was very knowledgable of the features of the refrigerator, and delivery service was excellent those two gentlemen were very careful handling the refrigerator taking it in the front door, making sure no damage, I almost wish, that i need another item so i can go back again to shop there.
