I had my hair cut and highlighted today. Marlene did a wonderful job. It was my first time here and I most definitely come back!

I can deal with a rude hairdresser if the cut is good, I can deal with a bad cut if the girl is awesome.. but here I got neither. I gave a very detailed request, a trim on the same hair cut I've had for years- a deep V cut with layers. I told her to take as much was needed to make my hair healthy as long as I kept the length at the point. She chopped off 2 inches, didn't speak at all during it, then asked if I wanted anything different. When I looked, it was completely flat along the bottom. I again told her I wanted my V cut and asked her to take more off the sides to form the point in the middle. She blatantly told me she gave me a U cut instead and what I wanted would look like a tail. We went back and forth, me asking for more layers, her telling me 3 more times 'no it will look like a tail'. It was so insulting. I asked her to do a couple more minor things and every request was met with pushback so I just gave up. I still have a ton of split ends, the v cut I spent years forming is completely gone, & my hair is so bottom heavy & flat in a ponytail. Bottom line - if a customer requests something specific, just give it to her rather than insulting her and refusing. Actually, scratch that, bottom line- spend $10 more and go to someone that knows what they're doing.

I got a haircut here yesterday and my hairdresser (wish I got her name) did an amazing job and was so meticulous and patient with my extremely think hair. I went from long hair to a pixie cut and couldn't be happier with the new look :)

I'd give it 0 stars if i could. You would like this place if you have thin flat hair. Any volume in your hair and they'll kill it. Absolutely have no idea what theyre doing (coming from an actual hair dresser that studied hair)they keep whispering to each other how this work what to use and what not to use = unorganized, only doing it to get it over with, 100% Not passionate about their jobs.
It's been monthsss since I've been there AND STILL my hair is trying to recover. Will never go there again. Fried my thick healthy curly hair into a pubic hair frizzy bush. Thanks...
