Since moving to Maryland 5 years ago I have tried 3 different salons. Robert Andrew Salon has got me hook, line and sinker. I have seen several different stylists, I usually call and schedule same day because of my schedule. My most recent  visit was with Debbie and I am beyond happy with my haircut! I went in not really knowing what I wanted to do. I pondered cutting my hair short. Debbie really took her time and helped me work through what I was really looking for. She took into account everything I spoke about and gave me the most amazing cut without compromising length. When I left I felt amazing and my hair looked awesome, I got compliments all day! The true test is whether I could repeat the look after I washed it. Reluctantly I washed out my beautiful style from Debbie and crossed my fingers as I tried to repeat her masterpiece....freaking amazing! I can't remember the last time I was so in love with my haircut! I will be back in her chair for sure!

Apparently service is thing of the past.  Had been going here for many years, but this visit I was received with a 40 minute wait and a lukewarm apology when I explained this was not the type of service I was used to receiving here.  Not great way to start off a birthday.

My mom and I had a very relaxing spa day together. The lead into the treatment was perfectly executed. The concierge showed us the lockers, explained how they worked and what to wear, and where to go when we were done. We arrived 30 minutes early, as requested, and got started right on time.
My main issue is that I booked a deep tissue massage, they confirmed this upon my arrival, then my masseuse told me I was getting a Swedish massage. They charged me for the deep tissue, so I believe she didn't look at my paperwork (so why bother filling that out!) and was just in a rush so decided I was getting that. They issued a refund when I realized the error and the message itself was fine, but I'd have preferred to have received what I originally booked.

That's a luxurious spa to go, when you want to forget about the world and beyond! I believe that all the professionals there are great but
The Esthetician "Teresita" was super! She did a signature facial and  let my skin fresh and glowing , imagine the others treatments...

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Completely destroyed,  damaged my hair beyond repair. A manager tried fixing it and made it worse, also more damaged.  Had to chop it all off after growing it out for 2 years. I still have fried unmanageable ugly hair with bands of discoloration all throughout.  I can't even get my real estate pictures taken for my business cards.  To top it off, I still had to pay for it. Never trust them.
