I had seen this place when I was driving on I-10 going through Houston and was blown away at the number of gas stations that were available.   The locals had told me about how greatest place is and only stopped to get there for some gas and food, I was absolutely floored at the amount of people in here and a variety of food and drinks to get.   The bathrooms are very clean and the staff was very nice.   In my opinion this is some of the most delicious rupees or I have ever drank here and the sandwiches were excellent too.   My only complaint would be that they need to have tables and chairs for people to sit down and eat.

Great service, easy access gas and great food even when everywhere else is closed what more could you ask for?
The cashier serving the hot food was the best. Can't recall her name was Cathy because cashier name on the receipt rung up as "Cat U". She recommended the jalapeno cheddar sausage biscuit with gravy and the chopping block sandwich. She has great taste and very friendly! Great staff!

I never post reviews but Seriously? I can only use cash on pump 1-62?! Fine, whatever but when I walk in the little register girl gives me attitude about how it says on the pump that it doesnt accept cash and pursed her lips at me. I may be crazy and correct me if I'm wrong but if I'm paying cash, I don't look at the pump, I get out my car and walk inside. So dumb. I went somewhere else. Maybe I'm just petty though.

Awesome service, great food and amazing bathrooms as always. Their beef jerky is amazing. The gas prices are always at least 10 cent cheaper than anywhere in Katy. I love going there.

First time to ever visit a Buc-ees & probably our last.  Not a good experience at all.  First, we stopped by to eat.  Thinking that, since there were so many food choices, there would be tables available.  No one to help with anything.  Finally discovered how to place our order, did so & then looked for drinks.  Again, found out on our own we pay for everything in one place.  After getting our food we found out there are NO PLACES to eat in the store.  So we stood at the counter where you order your food & ate there.  One guy told us, "people go outside to their cars to eat".  So very helpful!  Why should we buy food & then LEAVE the store just to eat & then come back in to shop.  If we had left the store believe me we would not have returned.  A few strategically placed tables & chairs would have been nice.  Or a bar area with stools.  Anything would have helped.  We found out 1/2 way through our meal that we had to go check out to pay & shouldn't be eating before paying.  Thanks for the help!  So we took our half eaten food to the register to pay for it & then return to our counter to eat.  The staff needs to be trained better so they can, and hopefully will,  tell customers how this all works.  We basically had no help at all with anything.   Hope this will help to know what improvements would be nice.
