I just wanted to talk to a real person. The person I finally talked to wasn't even actually at that location. He tried connecting me to the store...automated voice telling me to stay on the line.

My favorite store in town so far. 
The service around the store is good BUT the pharmacy need to improve, every time that I come here to pick up a refill that was suppose to be ready (because the pharmacy calls me to tell me that) it’s never ready.

Racists! I was racially profiled when I went in yesterday. No one greeted me, I was followed around the store and when I checked out the cashier barely looked at me or cracked a smile. But! She made sure to ask the person after me “how was your day?”

This Walgreens has the worst phone wait times I have ever experienced both as a patient and a presciber. Minimum phone wait time is 7-15 minutes. There is also no option to bypass the wait time to reach the prescriber's voicemail. So, this means that your doctor's offices will likely give up when try to call in your prescriptions if they are made to wait that long. Other pharmacies have direct lines for prescribers. I also agree that the Kiosk hardly ever works.

These are the kindest, most helpful pharmacists & technicians I've ever encountered at any Walgreens or at any pharmacy before.
