Like that we are close to wood nice work out rm .two pool san nas. Securty and maintance staff are nice little pricey hoh. Fees  going up every year 850 amonth for us

I had left a positive review earlier, but I had the "pleasure" of meeting one of the Board members today.  Didn't catch his name as he shook his finger at me because I followed another vehicle through the gate.  I am staying here short time until the purchase of my house goes through, am quite thankful that I have a very short time left.  If you decide to stay here please remember to bring your gate card; otherwise you too might have a wonderful welcome like I did.  Others that I have met have been quite nice, but one bad apple can leave a very sour taste in your mouth.  I thanked him for his hospitality.

Love living here.  Great neighbors and friendly atmosphere. Pools are great. ESL the community owners need to hire a better lawn company to do the mowing.  Otherwise its great. Supermarket &, Restaurants minutes from the Community.

looking to move here but need more info from lot rent payings before i consider, we are on a fix disablility income and need to know how much the rent is and what it includes and sdoes eveyone pay the same
