Was in the market for a Rolex. Contacted Seth and he went above and beyond to help me. He brought me multiple watches to my work for me to look at and when I chose the right one he made sure it was delivered to me in a timely manner. When the watch decided to quit on me Seth stepped up and took care of the expense of getting it repaired. Now I am looking into another watch and he even stayed late to let me browse their inventory with nobody else in the store. Such a GREAT company and with Seth there its even better. Thanks again.

We love Buchroeders. My husband bought my engagement ring here and we always love dropping in to get my ring cleaned. Seth & the staff are amazing and cannot recommend this place more!

Every time I have come in, Buechroeders has friendly and polite service. They offer free ring cleanings and get my needs addressed immediately. I have been most impressed when I damaged a prong and they fixed it in literally three minutes. Recently, I needed my band stretched and it was done in the same amount of time. Lastly, the little things like holding the door for you when you exit leaves a lasting impression. They've been awesome!

The people and the service they provided at Buchroeders was so amazing! My boyfriend and I were in the market for an engagement ring and our salesman Devin was more than helpful. He helped explain everything when I went in the day before to see what they had to offer and after listening to what I wanted he created a picture of what he thought I would like and emailed it to me that evening so I could show it to my boyfriend. The next day when both of us went in there he was more than helpful when we had some different ideas and decided to change some things and was able to help us design and order the most perfect ring. I would recommend going here to anyone anytime!
