So, I reserved a campsite a month prior for an event happening in the area and the price was definitely reasonable. Then I get a call a week before hand to let me know that prices are being raised to add extra security to the campgrounds. My cost per person, I have six people, went from $44 to $102 for a three day stay. I call to dispute this claim because I had a reservation at a set price and had an invoice with a reservation fee already in place. When I call to dispute, the lady, said she was going to cancel my reservation and then hung up on me. Great doing business! Not! PS Just want to let the owners know. I did call in advance to let them know that I would be attending the music festival. The person I talked was aware of the music festival when I booked my camping spot. I asked about things like rules with alcohol and arriving after the festival was over for the day at 2am. The person I talked to seemed to be fine with the whole situation and we continued to book my camping spot. I was told by the person on the phone that they normally do not let people from the concert venue camp there, but they were willing to let us stay because it was the first year for this festival.

My husband and I stayed in a deluxe cabin here Wednesday September 27th so we could be close to Legend Valley for Lost Lands Music Festival the next day. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay there again! The cabin was lovely, stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had no trouble checking in or out, even when we had car trouble that delayed us several hours so we didn't make it to the campground until late at night! Cindy and Rhonda at the front desk were very friendly and helpful the next morning, answering all our questions and giving us directions to a great local diner for breakfast. We looked around the grounds a bit before leaving and were bummed that we got in so late that we couldn't enjoy the facilities more - there was a lot of fun looking stuff to see and do on site! We will definitely be back next year and will probably leave a little earlier so we can spend a day or two at the KOA before the festival, or maybe check in after the festival so we can spend a day or two there to relax and unwind, or maybe even both! It's a great place and I couldn't be happier with our experience

Best campground ever. No views and you're not exactly one with nature, but it's amazing well run. .. Very clean. Tons of amenities and things to do. All equipment, including the pool, gameroom, and miniature golf, is in very good condition. Perfect spot for a family, if campgrounds are your thing.

I have been coming here since i was a kid. Almost 35 years. I'm 40 now and now i get to share with my children the wonderful atmosphere of camping that i got to enjoy as when i was a kid. Now the luxury of staying in cabins is how i enjoy my stays, so my kids don't get to enjoy the tenting as i did as a child but hey, to each his own. It is very kid friendly with plenty of activities. Staff is always friendly to us. I have reservations again in acouple weeks and i can't wait. I know the owners are different now then when i was a kid but the new owners have up dated this place over the years and it keeps getting better every year Thanks

Would not recommend this campground!! They will give you a price over the phone and let you pay for it with your card, once it is paid as a reservation they will call several weeks later and tell you the price has gone up or that the "hotdeal" did no apply to the weekend you had booked. Then expect you to pay them more. This campground has shown a sever lack of ethical business practices. Then gets extremely rude when I explained I had already paid for my reservation weeks ago.
