I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for my wife along with chocolates and a teddy bear. My wife and I are expecting our first child in August and that was stated on my message to my wife. The florist took the time to call me and congratulate me and asked if I knew the gender of our child so that they can pick the right gender specific teddy bear. I really appreciated them for noticing the details like that. They will continue to get my business!

I wish I could rate this less than one star, because this place doesn't deserve any! I booked Buckhead Wright's as the florist for my wedding. Everything was done and set; contract signed, deposit paid, numerous emails back and forth about details. My mom called Monday, the week of my wedding to make sure all details were confirmed and they knew where they needed to be and when. All fine. My wedding was on a Friday and the flowers were set to be delivered to us at 3pm. We called around 1pm the day of to once again confirm delivery details. All was fine. 3:30pm came and we realized the flowers still were not delivered. We proceeded to call the front desk at the hotel, no flowers had been delivered. This was my wedding day and I didn't have flowers! We then called Buckhead Wright's and asked where they were and the response we got was "O, isn't that wedding tomorrow?" We had a contract and numerous emails with the correct date! Let alone the fact that we called THAT DAY and confirmed the delivery details. Needless to say, the flowers finally arrived, but they were almost two hours late and cost us hundreds of dollars in extra hours with the photographer and at the venue. The best part about this whole thing is that when we called the Monday after the wedding to find out what happened, no apology was given and the owner, Sherry Moon, said she put the wrong date on her calendar. Are you kidding me?! This was not a flower delivery to your sister for graduating college, this was a wedding! This is a date that you cannot get wrong. Nothing was resolved with that phone call and the owner did not care one bit about her HUGE mess up. Not only is that bad business, but also very rude. One tip for anyone thinking about using this place: DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

Wow, I don't know what world the owner, Sherry Moon lives on, but when a mistake is made about the delivery of flowers for a wedding, usually a decent person, apologizes for their mistake. Especially when that person is the owner of a shop! Well we got none of that and all I (mother of the bride) got was Sherry admitting that she put the date incorrectly on her calendar. Are you kidding me!! My daughter had paperwork, written out by Sherry personally with the date clearly written, 9/26/14. How does one put that in a calendar on a date other than 9/26. I honestly expected a call from Sherry the next day apologizing for HER MISTAKE, but got nothing. I had to call her the Monday after the wedding to see what her excuse was. All I got from her was "well I put it on the calendar wrong and I have never done a Friday wedding" Again, all I could think is are you kidding me, no apology, just a lame excuse. I had also talked with her on Monday, 9/22 confirming the date and then again the morning of the wedding, stating we expected to see her at 3:00 at the hotel lobby. So how could this happen, do you not listen to people when they are talking to you. This florist caused delays in the photo timeline and that is no ones fault but yours. This all could have been avoided if you had accepted responsibility and admitted you made a mistake. No matter what day an event is on, you must be accurate on that date!!!!! Weddings do not get a do over. So for anyone out there having an event, especially a FRIDAY wedding, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST. Its amazing, every other vendor was there on the correct date and time... Imagine that.
