I found some darling and high quality clothing this last week at the Buckle located in Meridian, and had a super positive experience that way as a consumer, but as a customer I couldn't have had a BETTER experience, because of their employee Jessica. She has been working with Buckle for 5 years and it totally showed in her work, her knowledge, her customer service, style suggestions and help as I asked for her help matching things and coordinating outfits and finding final touches for outfits to go together. She ran from the floor back and forth to my dressing room probably half a dozen times and gave me time and attention like I was the only important thing she had going on at the time, as she did that for other customers too! I haven't been this impressed with an employee in a long time and I left the store wanting to hire her to be my best friend, SERIOUSLY. This gal needs to be managing a store, and it's my hopes that whoever is employing her notices how valuable of a team player she is. I have NEVER had a better experience in retail than I did that day with Jessica, and come to find out, she's a STUDENT on top of this job. It'd be easy to justify just being a decent employee when she's spread thin doing both things, but she is excelling above and beyond in the work place. I will go back and hope to have her help again. Thank you Jessica, you're fabulous, and as always, love love love Buckle, it's mine and my husbands favorite place to shop!

The service in here is phenomenal they really know how to help fit a person.  If you really want to be treated right make sure to schedule a fitting they take care of their customers.

tl;dr Good Quality, Great Service

I was in today just browsing through all the stores at the village killing time. I noticed a couple tees that I really like but they didn't have my size, so I wasn't going to bother.

An associate (Kristin) approached me to ask if I needed any help finding something, and I said no and that I was just killing time. She asked if I had any questions or saw anything I liked (a refreshing question in this aggressive sales environment), so I explained to her about the shirts. She looked at them and listened to why I liked those in particular.

She proceeded to look all around the store and picked out things that I actually liked based on the reasons I gave about the unavailable ones and continued to narrow the search. She was extremely helpful and seemed dedicated to listening and helping where she could.

I ended up finding that the one I really liked but was sized large for me actually fit great (due to Kristin's explanation of the brand and shirts). She also grabbed me a few others to check out, and I liked all her suggestions.

Willing to help, attentive, and knowledgeable, I wish all sale associates I encountered were like Kristin. Thanks for hiring her, Buckle, and thanks for the cool shirt.
