This service is terrible. First- THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS OPEN! That's a total lie. They answer phones when it convenient. Secondly-
They said even though they have "bud and breakfast" as their name, they are not a bud and breakfast service." These are the words of the lady who handles the calls!

We Reserved a room for two days at one of their locations. I received a confirmation with a booking number that included the address to the location. We arrived and when I gave my driver the address, it was missing something. I tried calling and left several messages. We ended up booking at a Hampton inn and paid $600 for two nights since most hotels we're booked and the address provided was incomplete. 

It was noon the next day and hadn't received a call back from service or from the bud and breakfast host! You would think the host would be looking for us at this point. She had my information but I didn't have her number. 

We called bud and breakfast again and my first question was, "didn't you get all my messages."  The girl on the phone was very rude and didn't care about our problem. She basically blamed it on us and never-not once apologized or tried to make it right. She was apathetic to our problem and basically said it was our fault for not calling the host before. I asked what the confirmation email was for since it generally has everything you need. 

She later sends me an email with a response from the bud and breakfast host. The email basically said she had been in the hospital with a neighbor and couldn't accommodate us. She said the host would call me. I never received a call back!

I charged back through American Express and was left scrambling on my vacation. Luckily I did find the right people who made it pretty awesome!

What an amazing establishment. Truly blessed Bud and Breakfast exists! I'll be bringing my fam and friends next time. Thanks so much for the hospitality and wonderful customer service. You guys rock!!
