The staff members are super nice. They're very attentive and always smiling. The facility is very clean. There's not much more you could ask for as far as amenities go. Free beer, wine, and food Monday to Wednesday nights! I will definitely be returning!

Great brand new rooms! Excellent staff as well. Their breakfast was one of the better Residence Inn breakfasts I've had. Also, can't go wrong with a swim and then a dip in their hot tub!

Decent view of the mountains with a mountain view room. Fairly quiet rooms. Nice and clean. Breakfast was just okay. Overall a good hotel.

I never experienced such a hostile, uncourteous, and unhelpful staff with appalling customer service manners. I have had roach infested motels and questionable hotels to stay in all with better customer service and friendlier staff. The setup for disabled people to gain access to check in is impossible from the front entry and the other entry way requires a keycard. We had booked two connecting rooms. The hotel had incorrectly put us down for one room despite us checking with them several times that it would be two rooms connected and it would be available for us despite a late check in. Hotel didn't have such rooms ready, only had us down for one room, and was going to charge us extra for fixing their mistake. We could wait hours for the connected two rooms to open up and be cleaned for us or take two next to each other without a connecting door. It was extremely important for my medical conditions with the stress of traveling to be able to get to settle in and relax. Unfortunately, even once I got in my room and my companions in theirs, I had to be given an attitude about swapping out the feather pillows which we were all allergic. Since we had two rooms we needed the 3 pillows from each room replaced. I don't know if it's normal for the front desk to drop off pillows but they did and were bitchy about it. Claiming that there were only these 6 extra pillows without feathers in the entire hotel as we gave them all our feather pillows. We couldn't have them in the room. The kitchen staff were lovely though. Housekeeping were good as well.

Brand new Marriott Residence Inn property. Next door to the dated Marriott and The Buff. If you haven't had breakfast at The Buff - you need to do so! Typical new hotel. Still smells like construction and new carpet. Very clean. HVAC is sort of a mess - but they are working out the kinks. Might have to turn the refrigerator on and stuff like that (I did) but by and large it seems well run. Standard new Residence Inn colors and finishes. Small underground parking garage. Only 4 floors. Within walking distance of many restaurants and the 28th Street Mall. 5 minute drive to the Pearl Street Mall and downtown Boulder. Definitely an upgrade to the Marriott and the Courtyard in Boulder.
