Horrible!  Had them come out to look at 2 refrigerators.  The technician was there all of 20 minutes.  He basically said neither one was worth fixing.  He appeared not to have a clue what he was doing.  One of the refrigerators was a 15 month old $2500 refrigerator. Then they sent me a bill for $126.50.  I emailed to question the bill.  First Bud told me they undercharged me, then they sent me an email saying we can't help it that your appliances are beyond repair.  They were inexperienced, unprofessional and rude.  Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Replaced a leaking hot water heater. Technicians did excellent work, I am very satisfied with the end result. Would not hesitate to call on them again.

My technician (Ricky Hales) was so helpful & amazing. He told me everything I needed, and what I didn't. Gave me a fair quote, and did high quality work!

I would never use these folks again ,,, horrible service!!!  poor customer service... these sub par plumbers installed an water heater in my 80 year old moms home, left her resident with the heater leaning out into her Hall way thus leading to the system malfunction  after calling an diffrent Plummer(recommended by friends  I was able to get my elderly mom an safe and secure system ... when I call them I was told(Simon  the Manager) that they don't have to do anything and that my mom is responsible for getting it corrected,, ( bull) So after two days of call I was able to get an inspector to review there POOR Craftsmanship only to be told that had I not turn off the system if would started an FIRE ... you can imagine my surprise to know that the plummer replace the water heater left my Mom an toddler nieces in danger of been trapped by fire!!!
