If I could give this place no stars, I would. My first two experiences were fine, but the last time, it was a nightmare. I made a reservation online, then went to pick up my rental. When I got there, they told me the system canceled my rental. The money had already been taken out of my account. I went back and forth with technical support for over an hour. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, and it would take a week to return my money. Fast forward to now, and the money still has not been returned and it's been since the end of July. This is absolutely ridiculous that I've dealt with multiple people and it has not been resolved. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. And I will also be putting a complaint into the Better Business Bureau.

I am a Realtor , My SUV was in the shop getting some work done, I needed a car to complete my daily routine . The rental was booked online, the site was easy and detailed. The car was there in the morning for pick up. It was clean and ready to go. Drop off was easy, took less than 5 minutes. If I summarize, I can say It was Easy in, Easy out , Attractive Rates , Fast and Friendly Service.
