My family and I flew into Atlantic City for Memorial Day weekend and we rented a car from Budget.  We were helped by Brian and Ciara. Both provided such AMAZING customer service and were very helpful with providing directions and suggesting places to go.  The vehicle provided was practically brand new and clean.  Brian was very honest and I didn't feel like he was trying to "trap me" into paying for something I wasn't going to need. I admit I was reluctant to use Budget, because of previous experiences that were not so good, but I was so pleasantly surprised with these two.  Keep up the awesome work! If I ever need to fly into that airport again, I'll be sure to rent with them again.  Thank you!

The rental agent was the best. Filled out the car's condition information before I arrived saving me time as well as my possibly missing some issues. Wish all rental companies would start doing that regularly! Also wish every rental agent was as proactive and friendly as this one.

75 stars... My thoughts... First: after spending too many hours internet shopping, my call to Budget rendered me a phenomenal (paid in advance) fair... which was cheaper than EVERYONE else. Second, the small AC airport made it a cinch to get to the Budget counter and the sweet rep' there, whose name I'm not recalling, was just so personable and fun... a pleasure to check in/out. The only bummer about the sweet deal was the car was a bit 'dirty' with food containers and water bottle and papers, and greasy head prints on the window (weird)... However, for the savings, you know, it was repeatable all around. The FOUR  stars really should be 4.75
