Budget?? Nope. And snooty, I overheard the old man and old woman associates make remarks when I walked in the door and when the old woman finally approached me was not friendly, amiable, customer service friendly and was uppity and when I thanked her politely and bubbly (as I always am) she "faded away" as in seemed disinterested in my appreciation and didn't even say gave a good day nothing just turned her back to me.
