Horrible customer service,constantly changing staff, no one trained in any of the departments, totally disorganized. Has been this way for several years- not one time problems.

Friendly staff until you ask them to do a Craftsman tool exchange under the lifetime warranty. 
The gal I talked to was nice and polite enough, but I could tell that she did not want to place the order for the replacement (They did not have my size of socket in stock) so she every now and then asked me if I wouldn't just pick one of the sockets off the shelf and call it good? Um, no, I need this size of socket and you don't have one, so order it...
Anyway, she finally ordered it and did NOT call me when it came in like she said she would, so when I called a week later they were just about to send it back "because it hadn't been claimed". Different girl from the first one, but I'm sure glad I checked on it!
