Not very professional, when we arrived s guy told us to goto the window then just talked on the phone. No one was in the office so we just stood out in 100+ weather for 5 minutes till he came back by. Checked us in and acted like we were an annoyance. Woman out side sweeping the parking lot at 530 in the morning. Cleaning rooms early and ignoring our do not disturb sign.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars I would!! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! COCKROACHES AND BED BUGS! Very unprofessional and ghetto. I left with bits all over my body pretty disgusting if you think about it. I'm pretty easy going and understanding, but this was the WORST experience I have encountered, and I've had to stay at some pretty bad places and this place is by far the WORST!! So if you want to wake up with bites on you and the best part was the maid just walking in our room without knocking then by all means go for it. Just horrible!!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. This place is a dump! Showed up after 11 hr drive & reservation, what reservation you have no reservation. Showed email to the lady at desk it was not honored. Lady Said only 1 room left. 99 plus tax while looking at her older son... Reservation with taxes out the door was 70.92... Unload everything thinking I'm checking into the room like the photo to the only room they say they have. Open the door, Room reaks of cigarettes. Floor has a white sticky film. Bathroom included. Sink appeared to have what looked like urine & smells as if so. Room layout as in the wall's match the photo. Free WiFi... You have to use your phone... laptops no good, go to a website cbc 2.4 or 5 Password is cellar 4122 eagle... shady as all hell.

Very sketchy area. Room is barely livable. Broken fridge. No coffee maker. Way too expensive than other places with similar or better quality

Room smelt like cigarettes. Asked for a non smoking. Coffee pot no coffee. Scam/heater unit did not work no way to get air in Room . TV no channel but one . Had I known condition of room would not have booked two nights
