If you are considering renting a truck, it would be in your best interest to avoid renting anything from Budget,  but if you have no other options then at the very least make sure you have them put EVERYTHING in writing and triple check your invoice.

Had to go here after another budget did not have the truck they promised me (see my review history). Location was good, but required a few items I have not needed to provide when renting a truck before (like my Insurance Policy Number).  When I returned the truck, the after hours key return was broken and/or stuck and I had to come up with another solution to return the keys.  However, the service was prompt and good.

Take your business somewhere else, I hope someday Budget goes out of business they don't deserve it.

Honestly, have been always disappointed with rental car agency with shoddy car's and lack of clear communication. But I was very pleased from the beginning with customer service right with the car booking over the phone and getting the  fastest checkout at the location. 
Manager was really helpful in making sure we had good spacious mileage car. This experience brought my hopes back in rental car agencies.
