I ordered flowers for my brother's funeral and I was extremely pleased! My brother was a hunter and fisherman, I ordered arrangements to pay tribute to him. Wow, they were impressive and beautiful! Great job, above and beyond what I expected. Thank you!

I was on vacation in Texas, it was my mom's birthday. Her office is located about two- four blocks from this location. I called in at noon, they said it would be there by four. About a half hour later, I found out that there is was a change in the delivery address, called this shop, informed them, and was told that it would be delivered at 4:00pm. They made o e attempt to deliver the flowers at 6:30pm, my mom was not going to just sit at home and wait on her birthday. They contacted my mom, set up a time to deliver on Monday, I called on a Friday. Monday morning comes along and by 10:00am, still no flowers. I called myself to figure out why I had taken three days to deliver a bouquet of flowers for my mothers birthday. I was told they tried delivering it multiple times, lie. My mom only has one message on her phone. I proceeded to tell them they have one hour to deliver the flowers to my mother's work (literally 2-4 blocks from their office). I was told absolutely, it will be there. 12:45 rolls around and still no flowers. I called and was argued with about how it was my fault for changing the address and that my mom was not there at the scheduled time (4:00 pm, she sat at home until six). I asked for a refund and was told that they would have to get their flowers back. That would be no problem! I told him since they were still not delivered, to just keep them on his truck or at his shop, they could not deliver a simple set of flowers over a four day span. I was granted a refund and was told its going to take 7-10 business day. What a crap business. Thanks for ruining a surprise for my mother on her birthday. 

The most simplest thing turned into the most complicated. Never will recommend this place.

I looked long and hard at all the customer reviews for Pocatello florists and Kevin at Buds & Blooms got my vote. My Grandmother was born November 18, 1915 and I wouldn't trust anyone but Kevin to do the honors of The Birthday Bouquet for her this year as he has so many happy customers. He is even familiar with the assisted care facility she recently moved to and shared his glowing opinion of the staff and residents there, which is very reassuring. He really does express a personal interest in his clients and makes it thoroughly enjoyable to co-create a floral gift for someone as he takes note of your preferences and makes helpful suggestions too. I know the flowers will be top quality, beautifully arranged and delivered with the utmost care.

For those who are reading these comments please read my story. I live in the Salt Lake City area and in the past I would have Kevin with Buds & Bloomers Pocatello's Flower Market take my sister a bouquet of flowers once a week. First of all she loved loved loved flowers, but she had a mean and progressive disease, (Multiple Sclerosis) so the fact that she knew every week she would get a new bouquet of flowers was so exciting to her.  When her flowers were delivered every Wednesday she would call me and just raved on and on how beautiful the bouquet was, but she also raved on how exceptionally kind Kevin, his wife and or one of their staff were. My sister (Sheila) was paralyzed so she could not answer the door, but if it wasn’t Kevin delivering the bouquet someone in his staff knew to just walk in. I will always remember your willingness to help me bring a guaranteed smile to a very special sister. My sister passed away going on 6 years ago, and at her funeral a gentleman came up and introduced himself as Kevin. I gave him a BIG hug as this was the first face to face with him. I haven’t talked with Kevin since my sister passing, but it is now my Mother’s Birthday and I thought I would send her flowers as she lives in Pocatello, Idaho. I don’t have to think twice to know these flowers would be outstanding and a guaranteed smile for my Mother. I am so grateful to you all.
