I ordered flowers online for my brothers funeral.  I'm out of town so I could not go into the shop.  Prices were great so I placed my order Monday. Decided to call on Wednesday to verify they got the order.  Informed by answering service business had a flood.  They said the flowers may still be delivered. After multiple times trying to reach them I gave up and ordered from another florist.  Was given cell phone number of owner. Tried to call with no answer and voice mail full Shi no way tip leave message.  They never called me back but I got an email 2 hours before the Friday funeral that no flowers are coming.  Literally 4 days later on the day of delivery before they informed me the order was cancelled with no explanation.  Total disrespectful for someone during such a difficult time. They should not be accepting orders if they aren't open.  Found out from another florist they flooded a month ago. Why wouldn't they at least call, send email as soon as order was placed that they can't fulfill, or no longer accept orders until business is open.

The WORST. Don't rely on this company to deliver your flowers on time or even on the day that you requested.

Cannot contact the shop directly anymore it goes to a call center, tried 3 times to make a payment on the account and all the can do is "send a message" to have somebody from the local shop contact me for payment which still has not happened.

I can always count on Delart to create exactly what I request.

I am a little particular when I order floral arrangements, as I do not like the old fashioned "bubble bouquet".  I love the creativity and compassion of their team.   

Absolutely the best!
