Already loved their tacos but the fresh tamale masa we ordered for our holiday tradition of tamale making was fantastic too!

On several occasions, after Buena Vista was recommended to me by a Latino craftsman working in my home, I have tried their posole and it is excellent!  Its deli is superb with other offerings as well but they do a lovely clear posole, not the red one.  Chunks of pork in a heavenly broth and seductively spicey!  Christmas Eve and New Year's make this traditional soup from the Buena Vista a must.

Always a 10:10. Great take out counter in the back, solid meats in the butcher area and fresh produce to make a nice meal at a reasonable cost.

Mexican market getting pretty famous around here for its meats and for its lunch menu. Their Al Pastor is very good, and I've never had better lengua, and I also like their estomago. Served on paper plates, pay for it at the grocery cash register, and eat on folding tables between the aisles for vegetables and diapers/spices. In other words, this place is NOT fancy.
