Customer Service is NOT dead! I was greeted by the manager, Miller, as soon as I walked in. She was very polite and professional. Fabian is flat out fabulous! He helped me pick out two different outfits and has great conversation. Annalia helped me with an exchange and she doesn’t know it yet, but we are pretty much best friends. Seriously, the staff is very polite and are more than helpful. There are many unique and stylish finds here. Don’t miss your blessings! I will be back. Thank you Miller, Fabian, and Annalia!

Came in and was not greeted- no one even  asked if I needed assistance. I continued to look and found 5 items I really wanted. Because I witnessed them continue to greet, assist and bid farewell to all of the other patrons, I decided to put the staff to the test. I walked to the door to leave- no goodbye, have a nice day- nada! I walked out that door and will not be back. Luckily I was able to walk right across the street and give my business to a store where I was treated well. I looooved Flamingo's and that's where I will find my thrift needs. ✌🏾️

I love shopping here. I appreciate the sort of odd taste in clothes. It's always an adventure and I always find things I want. My experience selling clothes here was not as pleasant. They hardly took any of my clothes which is fine. I can just donate them. My problem was the attitude surrounding the discussion of what clothes they would take. One gets the feeling that the smiles are very fake and that they are going to gossip as soon as you walk away about what crappie clothes you have.

The staff is so nice, and the prices are great. They have a great supply of stuff, especially items for Halloween. It’s really hard to find a cheap Halloween costume now, so this place is definitely helpful. Also the manager is really personable and efficient.
