I had a fantastic experience purchasing Alden shoes. Johnny Mykoff helped me all throughout. He was very kind and patient with me by allowing me to take my time trying on multiple pairs before finding the best fits for my feet. 

I was also astounded by his knowledge about finer footwear. He told me that he's been selling shoes for many, many years and it showed in the way that he carefully explained everything and gave me many tips regarding things such as how to determine a good fit. 

I definitely plan on purchasing Aldens from here again in the near future.

Whereas they offer some very nice clothing, their staff quality leaves a lot to be desired! My daughter went there the other day after her Mom told her of a sale, but was rudely treated by some lazy, corpulent employee. 
She's vowed never to go back again, and I guess I don't blame her. 
Others have evidently had much more favorable experiences there, so I guess it depends on what staff member you encounter.

I was in the market for a higher end suit.  The service at Norton Ditto is exceptional, and Johns guidance relieved me of any doubt in purchasing the best fitting suit I have ever owned.  This was my first step into higher end suits, as I would typically get my suits from Jos. A. Bank or Men’s Warehouse.  It was a solution for me at the time, but you won’t like your suit, I guarantee it.  John took exceptional care and went in depth to ensure the suit was the right fit for me.  He also took time with me, ensuring I was comfortable with the purchase.  Quite a different experience than Nordstroms, as I felt they were just trying to get me into the most expensive thing they had on the floor.  You get what you pay for at Norton Ditto, and ask for John!

Fantastic place. Service is superb. Excellent selection. Came in looking for specific brand of shirt and they found it immediately. If I'm in Houston again and need some nice clothes I will definitely stop back in.
