Spent about 30 minutes waiting in line to exchange a lot of clothes with my roommate just for the sales rep to say they can't take ANY of the clothing. What they're looking for is jeans, sweaters, and jackets. Both our bags where filled with them in different sizes and shapes. The sales rep took their time collecting each one and looking at it just to tell us not one piece is exchangeable.  What a waste of time. They could of just looked in the bag and told us no and that would of saved the awkwardness of watching him pull and judge every single clothing. Will not be coming there again.

This was my second time coming in here. First time i was around 15 and sold two brand new nike shirts.. With tags! they only gave me $15 cash. I accepted it since I was young and It was money for me. Yesterday, (I’m 17 now) I went in with a decent amount of clothes All folded. A lot was accepted. The employee was nice at first and greeting. When it was time for her to tell me the amount i’d receive in cash or store credit, i choose to not accept neither. It was way low than i expected. I understand that they only give 30% back in cash but that’s crazy! After I told her i’d rather not accept either offer she just “okay” me and started grabbing my clothes back from where they throw them in the racks and just threw it into my bin again. all unfolded and she didn’t even bother to say thank you or nothing. Another thing i hated was that she ripped the price off one of my tank tops i brought in before i even decided to turn in. Never coming here again.

Fun and funky collection for the most part. But shop smart. $13 for a Lip Service top? Great deal. $14.50 for the same H&M top I bought new for $14.99? Not so much. No bathroom, and the staff can be a little rude.
