What can I say, Pendleton products are so beautiful and well made, and the customer service from the team at the Home Store is second to none.

The team at Pendleton are so helpful, they were amazing at helping me with the queries I had and assisted me with an online order. I can't recommend this place enough.

Ian and Dana were particularly amazing and helped me arrange a courier to collect my order.

I love Pendleton, but I feel like this store didn't live up to my expectations. It seemed cluttered and unorganized. I was looking for a couple pillows I saw online but they didn't have them here. 

They claim the store is 3000 sq ft but it didn't have much of a selection. There's much more available online, and the store on 5th Ave is definitely cleaner than this one with better customer service.
