The wings were old, cold and chewy. I asked if the wings were fresh and just cooked and the waitress said sometimes they keep them in a drawer. She had "fresh" ones cooked, but these too were terrible. Most likely fresh from the drawer. The breading was hard and the food just tasted old and nasty. I used to love BWW for years but I have had a similar experience before. I can find much better food anywhere else and for less too. The beautiful waitress, games and TVs can't make up for the dumpster dinners. I'm committed to NEVER going back to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. It just is what it is. I was in the area for business travel and I regret wasting one of my meals at this place. Save yourself from a most depressing dining experience. 😒

I feel like the bad reviews for this place are just from soccer moms that need Xanax and wine to live and snobby rich guys that have nothing better to do. I brought my family here to eat because we were in the area. We were not disappointed. We were seated quickly and treated very well.we came here around 6pm so they were busy with a dinner rush at that Appetizers came out quickly and so did the main meal. Everything was good and tasted great. Our glasses were never empty and the waitress was very pleasant. I do Believe her name was Grace. I will for sure come here again if in the area

Good decor, nice place for game nights. Wings are expensive as compared to other BWW by 25%. Tacos are really nice, I will recommend it. I am not sure how they cook wings but our order for 24 wings came out in 5 minutes, is it a good or bad thing? Also, they should at least put some effort in mixing sauce with wings.

Called my order in 11am, to have it ready by 5pm. I get there ten minutes before 5, and they have no knowledge of the order. Then the lady goes, I just realize your order should be ready in 20 minutes. Unreal, why call in an order if it won’t be ready at the time of purchase, you request it for. Then she has an attitude. I can get a manager for you. Why, to say I am sorry. Customer service has went out the window these days. Poor. Poor service and attitude.

Some of the worst service I have ever gotten has been from this Buffalo Wild Wings. The waiting staff is absolutely abysmal. Not a single IQ point exists in their brain. The management staff walk around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Have no way of resolving or diffusing any situation. I won't be going back to this location.
