Worst experience ever!!! Credit card machine was down so they were writing customers card numbers and security codes on a notepad! The machine was down the whole weekend-hey, maybe tell people to bring cash or check! Very sketchy to be taking that information down. I received the WRONG order, I returned to the store and promptly watched the manager put it back in the warmer with other customers food-disgusting! NEVER OFFERED so much as an apology. I contacted the corporate office to complain about manager "Shady," the rudest, crudest person I've ever encountered. The owner Tom Dalsasso, NEVER replied to my concern. HEY Northville customers, there are way too many other good, reputable pizza chains out there, that don't insult the customers, wear gloves while preparing food and genuinely care if your order is wrong. Stay far away from this establishment, unless you want to be insulted and given "unsanitary food!"

Horrible service a staff, manager is rude and hangs up on you after Lying about ever telling me previously on the phone wait time was a half hour for delivery and than argued with me after I complained about it being two hours and no one showed. She hung up!?! The Northville location is not only unprofessional but also does not have drivers for delivery half the time don’t tell you and charge you anyways! I believe this managers name is Shaysta ! People like this ruin company’s and put them out of business, this woman should be fired for he horrible customer service skills! I would like a phone call from cooperate !

Last week I ordered a bunch of pizzas for GOT (what up). Ten minutes after ordering they called me and said they were closing early. I wasn't too angry since I work at a restaurant, and we close early from time to time. Last night I ordered a bunch of a wings and a few pizzas for the boys, after JUST 2 MINUTES they called me again to tell me they were closing early. The store closes at 10, it was 9:15. The employees are too lazy to do their job and my party was delayed twice because of that. I will never order again from such a poorly run establishment again. -Ali

The worst service ever placed a delivery order at 6pm with an aprox 30 min wait for delivery at 8pm I called to check out the status and the manager told me I need to be patient then persisted to yell at me as if it was my fault then hung up on me the food finally showed up at 835 burned to a crisp and when I called she told me to try again another day The most unprofessional women I have ever met acted like a P.O. teenager never coming back unless shasta the manager is fired !!!!!!!!
