Your best bet is buying their sauce and cooking wings on your own. The management of this restaurant is awful, which leads to poor customer service. The wings taste great but it might take you an hour to get your food after ordering on any given non sporting event night. If you order their food from waitr or Togo, you will starve to death.

Love the wings but when ever I come here it’s takes almost an hour to bring the food ... got no idea ... even on the week days same problem ..... it’s been almost 45 minuets waiting food has never come ...

By far my favorite place to eat. I have eaten at other Buffalo Wild Wings across the country and they're good but it's not the same as the one in Lake Charles. I have never had a bad experience there. One time I was given the wrong food. They quickly made it right. That's the only time anything like that has ever happened and I go there a lot. At least a couple of times a week.

I'm not from here, was only in town for a few days from wichita, KS and I can say this is the worst service I've ever had. I ordered a snack size boneless at a little after 7, website told me to come in at 7:20 for my order, so I did. I go in and the guy tells me it's gonna be another 15 mins for the wins because they had just been put in. I was fine with that, understandable with the busyness picking up. I go back in at 7:37 and wait an extra 10-15 mins for the take out line only because several people cut me. Ticked off already, I gave him my order name once more in hopes it was ready; It was not. He spend another 10 minutes in the back doing who knows what, but had only went back there for my order. He understood how long I waited and apologized. But for 7 wings it took close to an hour??? Ridiculous. The people who had cut me in line had muuuuch larger orders than mine. They need to step it up and work on their estimations as to when food will be ready for pick up.

Place was half empty. Told us it would be a 20 minute wait to be seated...asked manager why we couldn't sit in that section told us it was closed until later. But yet had a family sitting in the so called closed section. After being there 20 min finally sitting down shortly after started sitting people in that section
