Maybe it was just because it's a graduation weekend at the Navy base but service was really slow. We got our first drinks but then had to go to the bar to order our second drinks cause our server was no where to be found... then we ordered our food and about 5 minutes after we put our order in we asked to get it to go instead cause our baby was having a tantrum but we still waited a good 35 mins for our food after that. I don't think it was a problem  with the staff, but it was just way busy with a lot of large parties. Food is not great but not bad, just avoid on graduation weekends unless you have a lot of time to spend waiting.

After being seated the table was not clean so we had to use the hand wipes to clean it the. The menus were just as dirty! Get our food and our cheese curds were very hot so figured our wings would be too...definitely not! Our wings weren't even lukewarm warm!! Never again!

I placed a to go order and was told it would take 15 minutes.  I got there after 15 minutes was up and was told it wasn't ready yet.  No problem.  After a 45 minute wait and watching the two uncaring cashier people talk and ignore me I was told the kitchen staff messed up.  I was presented with a free snack size wing for my next visit.  I will not be using that as I will not be returning.  This is a horrible location.  Drive the 15 minutes and go to Gurnee Mills location.

Like any other sport bar. You dont expect the best meal ever. Service aint constant. Sometimes sucks and sometimes is just amazing, bit BWW is always a good place to hang around and have fun

All of the workers are REAALLYYY nice and caring! They went out of their way to help me answer some of the contribute questions haha! They also have great food with some great deals
