This is the second visit and I am really disappointed. The service was spot on! Friendly and helpful. The food is nothing to brag about. This particular visit we had the teriyaki wings. HORRIBLE tasting. Tasted like dishwater and soap. The manager did comp it, but by then we all had a bad stomach and a weird taste in our mouth. Not liking the food.

I placed my online order at 5:30pm (chose 6:40pm as my pick up time). I showed up at 6:42pm, payed, and stepped aside to wait for my food to be brought to me. I thought it would be ready as soon as I arrived since I placed my order more than an hour in advance! 6:55pm rolls around and I finally decided to ask one of the employees to check on my order...he came back a couple minutes later with my order. Who knows how long I would have waited around before they brought it to me, if I hadn't asked them to check. The employee opened the two boxes to assure me my order was accurate. At first glance, it looked correct. However, when I got home, I noticed that my small order of wings, which is supposed to have "at least 10" only had 7. When he opened the box, I didn't think to count how many were in there, but I was very disappointed when I realized I had been shorted 3 wings. I will not be going back to this BWW location.

The service was painfully slow. When we got our food there were items that weren't for our table and some of our sides were missing. By the time someone checked on us we were mostly finished with all our food. The food was good but the service was not and I'm sad to say this seems to be the theme of the last few visits (even chain wide).

Horrible service, they were doing shift change in the middle of dinner time at 515 and we couldnt be seated for 15 minutes even though there were tables open all over the restaurant. The front entrance was filled with people waiting to be seated and there was no staff to seat anyone. When we were finally seated we had horrible service from our waitress, our drinks took forever to come out to the table and when they did come we were missing a drink. Overall the service from the staff was not good. We will not be returning to this location again.

Their wings are great. Service is usually pretty good. It gets worse the busier they get. Carryout underestimates the wait time.
