While the restaurant is clean and the food is good, at roughly 2:20pm on Feb 22, 2017 the staff was complaining about how it wasn't slow and too much business. Not to mention the ex staff member *behind* the counter talking about wanting his job back, that manager replied "if you can actually show up this time then yea!". The staff seems to have plenty of downtime with little work happening while my visit happened.

I cant recommend this location for people due to these issues. Nor will I return to this location in the near future if at all.

Best fries in the world, and runza sandwiches are delicious for those who don't know. They're like really nice bread stuffed with ground beef with some kind of yummy seasoning.

One of the best fast food restaurants around. They serve the freshest burgers and the trademark runza is the best. Crinkle fries and onion rings are outstanding. If you are in omaha or Lincoln make sure to try it

The place was in good condition but the sandwich I had gave me a stomach ache and almost made me puke I had to throw it away after two bites and the fries were way burnt and to salty. The only good thing about this place was the size of the soda but, even that was pricey.

This is a large, still relatively new Runza that's well maintained, always clean and has a pleasant staff and fast service. Unlike a couple of Runzas I've been to, the restrooms are large and both the women's and men's have baby change stations. I would give it five stars, but unlike some Runzas, it doesn't offer Wi-Fi which I consider a prerequisite in all fast food restaurants today.
